DRINKING EXCESS COFFEE CAN KILL YOU! A SHOCKING NEW STUDY.

You get up in the morning, stumble out of your bed, crawl towards your kitchen and reach out to the coffee maker like a desperate junkie. Most of us begin the day with a refreshing cup of coffee. Then during work hours it’s the only thing that keeps us going. And in the days of the deadline, it is literally a gift from the gods. It’s refreshing and brings out the best in us. And one can even say that no amount of coffee is too much. Well, they would be wrong. In a shocking new study, we find out that too much of coffee can kill you.
We know that excess of everything is bad. So is the same with coffee. Coffee has a high amount of caffeine which is a stimulant drug that affects the central nervous system of our body. It will increase your focus, wake you up like a slap to the face and keep you going like your boss is standing behind you with a gun to your head. It also increases your blood pressure (bad news) and make you wanna go pee all the time.
Now for the real bad news? If you are under 55, a coffee addict and drink more than 4 cups of coffee everyday, you are 21 percentage more likely to die than the people who use coffee in moderation. You know what that means? It means no more all nighters to finish the work at the last minute and drinking insane mount of coffee to get through, if you want to see yourself live long enough to be old and wrinkled. So people who are over 55, you are fine. Go and have some coffee. Because you can.
Coffee can be very good for health when you don’t abuse it’s privileges. It can lower the risks of cardiovascular diseases and diabetes. It is also assumed to be an anti-oxidant and prevent the growth of cancer cells. But these effects are mostly seen in people who use coffee regularly. That is, long term effects.
So there is no need to flip the table, break you laptop and cry like a baby. You can keep drinking your precious coffee. Just make sure you don’t exceed the deadly limit. Yeah sure you can go crazy with it every now and then to finish work. But remember! It’s a slippery slope. One step wrong and before you know it, your doctor’s telling you the bad news.
By the way, caffeine is also present in energy drinks so you can’t rely on them either. You can drink milk, tea, green tea and water, though.
… And now I’m craving some coffee.
